Owner, Amy Hazlett is a 2003 graduate of IUP Academy of Culinary Arts, where she then continued on at Boca Raton Resort in Boca Raton, Florida to complete an externship in pastries. Over the past 12 years, she has worked in every type of food facility, gaining an impeccible amount of experience to further her career. She had worked from her home based business to establish herself in the surounding areas. From elegant wedding cakes to old fashioned apple pie, her business upholds a quality of excellence when baking. Amy has expanded her business to share her love of food all around the table.
